Ana Polanco accepts El Señor, Latin Fashion Awards™’ highest distinction, in honor of her late husband, Martín Polanco.

El Señor

One night. One name. One lasting legacy.

El Señor is the highest special recognition presented by LATIN FASHION AWARDS™. Conferred only once during each ceremony, it honors one individual whose vision, leadership, and body of work have permanently advanced Latin fashion and culture.

Unlike the competitive categories, El Señor is not open for submission. It is reserved for a figure whose influence transcends a single season or achievement.

Inaugural Legacy · Martín Polanco

The spirit of this distinction begins with Martín Polanco—a singular creative force whose work and influence remain part of the living history of Latin fashion.

Experience, care,
and shared responsibility.

The LATIN FASHION AWARDS™ Academy brings industry experience to the evaluation of competitive honors. Its work considers the creator’s record, craft, and contribution through the selection process for each edition. Explore the Academy to learn about its role and membership.
